岗位职责：

1、 Overall manage the assy equipment concept/creation and lifecycle management (maintenance/renewal or extension of life etc);

全面管理工厂设备，管理设备寿命周期（包括维护、更新或延长设备寿命等）

2、 Setup an equipment team to overall maintain the assy equipment or fixture etc;

成立设备小组，全面维护装配设备或夹具等；

3、 Build in-house capability on equipment repair & maintenance and upgrading to support production efficiency improvement and quality improvement etc;

打造内部团队的设备维修和维护能力，以提高生产效率和质量

4、 To be member of lean team to drive improvement.

推动精益生产

5、 Knowledgeable to raise team competence.

具备提高团队能力的知识

岗位要求：

1、 Bachelor or above degree, major in machinery, automation or electricity, etc

本科以上学历，机械、自动化或电气等相关专业

2、 More than five years of equipment management experience, team management experience is preferred

五年以上设备管理经验，有团队管理经验者优先

3、 Good communication and teamwork
