Description
• The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a point of contact in China office to ensure the best HR
services offered to managers and employees. He/ She will cooperate with HR team in Head Quarter
(HRBP, Recruitment, C&B, L&D) to deliver full value of HR to the business stakeholders.
• Build and maintain good employee relations, provide timely assistance to employees in HR inquiries
• Partner with the business leader for workforce planning and breaking down into quarterly hiring plans
• Proactively participate in hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offering
• Take care of employees from onboarding (orientation, probation, performance tracking) to offboarding
(exit interview, termination process), work closely with internal teams in Head Quarter (HR, IT,
Facilities) to smoothly execute the processes
• Implement HR annual projects as well as specific HR projects which align with business strategy
• Facilitate effective performance management process along with the business leader, so as to ensure
all employees have clear goals and objectives aligned with the business strategy
• Consult and provide support to managers on HR-related matters, ensuring the compliance with
company policies and local labor law
Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience as HRBP/ HR generalist/ C&B/ Recruitment in fast-paced &
collaborative working environment
• Proper knowledge of HR as well as local labor laws and practices
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Sufficient English level
• Good task and time management skills
• Good service-minded and problem-solving attitude
• Flexible and adaptable
• Highly proficient in MS Office
• The working location is in Beijing, and frequent travelling to Shanghai
